Getting Started
Tap Build purchase order from the Quick Access Menu on your phone. If you don’t see this option, your account may not have purchase order permissions for this store — check with your manager.
If you have access to multiple stores, you can switch stores at the top of the screen before adding any items. Once you start adding items, the store is locked for that order.
Adding Items
You have two ways to add items:
Scan — Tap the Scan button and point your camera at a barcode. If multiple products share that barcode, pick the right one from the list.
Search — Type a product name, SKU, or barcode in the search box and tap Enter.
When you find an item, a sheet slides up showing:
Current on-hand quantity and estimated days of supply
The distributor for this product
Recent sales (12 weeks total and month-by-month breakdown)
Number of units per case
Choose whether you’re ordering Cases or Units, enter the quantity, and tap Add to order. The item goes into your list, and you can keep scanning.
If an item doesn’t have a distributor assigned, you’ll see a warning. Tap Set distributor to pick one — otherwise the item can’t be added to a PO.
Reviewing Your List
As you add items, the footer shows a running count of items and distributors. Items from different distributors will become separate purchase orders.
When you’re ready, tap Review & split. This screen shows how your list breaks down — for example, “Your list splits into 3 purchase orders by distributor.”
Tap Create POs to generate the orders. They’re created in an In review state, meaning they’re not sent to distributors yet.
After Creation
You’ll see your newly created POs listed with their distributor names and item counts. Tap any PO to:
View and edit line items (change quantities, switch between cases/units)
Add more items using the search or scan
Remove items you don’t need
Approve the PO when ready
Approving POs
While a PO is “In review,” you can make changes. When you’re satisfied, tap Approve at the bottom to move it to “Ordered” status.
Once ordered, you can still view the PO on your phone, but further editing and receiving should be done on a desktop computer. The confirmation screen includes a link to the full Purchase Orders list where you can manage the order.
Tips
Your item list is saved on your phone. If you close the app and come back, your items will still be there for the same store.
Creating the POs clears your list so you can start fresh.
For full editing, including defining costs or receiving shipments, use the full desktop interface.
