Creating A Single Item Shortcut
Step 1
To get started, click on "Settings" in the left-side menu.

Next, click on "Register Shortcuts".
Step 3
Within the register shortcuts page, you can view all current shortcuts and their status. If you wanted you could delete a current shortcut by clicking the "Delete" option under the Actions column. To add a new shortcut, click "New shortcut" in the top right.

Type in the name of the shortcut within the Name bar and ensure the shortcut is toggled to Active.

For shortcuts relating to only one item, select "Single item" in the Apply To bar.
Step 6
Next, search for the item you want to associate with this shortcut.

Finally, click "Save" in the top right to save your shortcut.
Creating A Multiple Item Shortcut

If you would like to set up a shortcut tied to multiple items, follow the same initial steps by clicking "New Shortcut" in the top right.

Then, apply a name for the new shortcut.
Step 10
Then, select "Multiple items" in the Apply To bar.
Step 11
This will allow you to select conditions for applying products, just click "Add Condition".
Step 12
Within the dropdown menu under Field, select the category you want to set a condition under. Most often, the simplest way to apply products is directly by UPC.
Step 13
Once UPC is selected, type in the relevant UPCs or scan the items directly from your backoffice to populate the UPCs in the Value bar. Click "Save" in the top right to save all selections.
Step 14
Once your changes are saved, you should see the new shortcuts show up on your terminal within minutes.
