How Browsing Works
Access requirements. You'll need view access to "Product list" to see it at all — an admin can grant this per store, so you may see some stores in the store picker and not others.
The search box finds more than its placeholder suggests. It says "Search by Name, Size, or Type," but it also matches SKU, barcode, and the item ID your distributor uses — you don't need to know which of those you're typing for it to work. A UPC works whether or not you include its leading zero.
Product list and Product families are two different pages. Product list is item-by-item, tied to a specific store, and shows price and stock. Product families groups by the underlying product — style, varietal, country, and similar attributes — with no store or stock data at all. Use Product list when you need pricing or stock for a specific store; use Product families when you're managing catalog attributes across the board.
Switching stores keeps your search and filters, but changes the numbers. Price, stock, and cost columns update to reflect whichever store you pick — your search text and any filters you've set stay exactly as they were.
"Select all" applies to your whole search, not just what's on screen. If you've searched or filtered down to a smaller set of items, selecting all and running a bulk action affects every matching item — not only the rows currently loaded on your screen.
Views save your filters and columns, and can be handed to a teammate. Save your current setup as a view to reuse it later. Sharing a view with someone else copies your setup to them once — it doesn't stay in sync if you change your view afterward.
Some columns show blank if you don't have the right access. Seeing Product list doesn't automatically mean seeing prices or stock — those columns are blank unless you also have view access to Prices or Inventory.

Searching and Filtering
Step 1
Click on "Products" in the left-menu bar, then click on "Product list."
Step 2
Choose a store from the store selector at the top of the page. Prices, stock, and cost all reflect this store.
Step 3
Type into "Search by Name, Size, or Type" to find an item by name, SKU, barcode, or distributor item ID.
Step 4
Use "Active products" or "All products" to include or exclude inactive items.
Step 5
To narrow further, open the filters panel on the right side of the grid and set a filter on any column — Department, Style, Country, and stock status are common ones, but any column can be filtered.
Step 6
Click any column header to sort by it.
Customizing and Saving Your View
Step 7
Open the columns panel on the right side of the grid to show, hide, or reorder columns.
Step 8
Once your columns, filters, and sort are set up the way you want, click the view picker at the top of the grid and click the save icon to save it as a view.
Step 9
To rename, duplicate, share, or delete a saved view, click "⋮" next to the view picker.
Note: sharing a view with a teammate copies your current setup to them once. If you change your view later, their copy doesn't update — you'd need to share it again.
Exporting
Step 10
With your columns and filters set up the way you want, click "⋮" next to the view picker and click "Export CSV."
Important: the export only includes whichever columns are currently visible in your grid. If you've hidden a column, it won't be in the file either.
Troubleshooting
You can't find an item you know exists: double-check "Active products" isn't hiding it, and confirm you're looking at the right store — an item can be active at one store and inactive at another.
Prices or stock columns show blank: you likely have Product list access but not Prices or Inventory access — ask an admin to add one of those.
You searched by a UPC and got no results: try it with and without a leading zero — most searches handle either, but it's worth checking both if nothing comes up.
You switched stores and a filter seems to be showing different items: that's expected — your filters carry over, but the results reflect whatever store you're now viewing.
Your exported CSV is missing columns you expected: the export only includes what's currently visible in your grid — show any hidden columns first, then export again.
A view someone shared with you looks outdated: shared views are a one-time copy — ask them to re-share it if they've since changed their own setup.
